Consultations and photos
When you complete our Jotform assessment, you provide contact details, information about your concern, relevant skin and health history, and any photos you choose to upload. We use these to review your request, discuss suitability and next steps, and communicate with you.
Your photos are reviewed privately for consultation only and are never used for marketing without separate written permission.
The form is hosted by Jotform, rather than stored on this landing page. See Jotform’s privacy policy. Please provide only information relevant to your consultation.
Communications and appointments
If appropriate, we may arrange a WhatsApp video or Google Meet consultation. Opening these services takes you to a separate provider with its own privacy practices. Please do not send payment before we have discussed your assessment and next steps.
Waxing appointments are booked through Setmore. Setmore processes the contact and appointment details you enter so we can manage your booking and send appointment communications. Your appointment location is shared after booking.
Website analytics and choices
On our public website, Google Analytics will load only if you choose to allow website analytics. It measures visits and clicks on consultation, booking and contact buttons. These measurements do not include your assessment answers, photos, name, email address or message contents. Our tracking code removes URL query parameters and referrer information from the events it sends.
Google may process browser, device and usage information and use cookies when analytics is enabled. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can reject optional tracking or change your selection using Privacy choices in the website footer when tracking is available. We store that choice in your browser. Clearing browser storage resets it.
Analytics is disabled on temporary hosting and review addresses. Meta advertising tracking is not currently configured. This notice will be updated before advertising tracking is enabled.
Website providers
Cloudflare hosts the public website. Vercel may host private review deployments. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Our fonts are supplied by Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them. External providers may process information outside The Bahamas under their own privacy policies.
Your information and requests
You can contact Bare Skin to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you supplied, or to withdraw permission for future optional uses. We will explain any information that must be retained for an ongoing service or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Withdrawing marketing permission does not affect your ability to request a consultation.
We use service providers to support the purposes described above. We do not sell consultation photos or assessment information. Do not include sensitive photos in public reviews or social-media comments.
Changes
We will update this notice when our website services or information practices change.
